Create an account
First, open the account creation page. Follow the prompts to choose a username and password, check your entries, and submit. 55555VPN does not require an email address to create an account. Use your username to sign in later, and save your password in a trusted password manager. If the username is already taken, try another one; there's no need to change other settings.
After creating your account, open the user panel. If you close your browser or continue later on another device, use the same account details to sign in from the navigation menu. Don't look for a public subscription link at this point: subscriptions are tied to your account and are retrieved from the panel later. Make sure you can access the panel before choosing a plan, so you can use the same account for your order and client setup.
Your account details and subscription details serve different purposes. Use your account details to sign in to the panel; your client uses the subscription to load server configuration. Don't enter your panel password in the client's subscription field or use subscription details as your sign-in password. Knowing which details belong where makes the next steps easier.
Start FreeChoose a plan and place an order
After signing in, open the plans section in the user panel. First decide whether you'll use the service regularly each month or just need extra data from time to time. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages last until used and never expire, making them a good fit if you don't plan your usage by month. See the plans page for full pricing and details on both options.
Once you've chosen a plan, check its name, price, and order details in the panel, then follow the checkout instructions to pay. WeChat Pay, Alipay, and USDT are supported; available payment methods are shown at checkout. Don't assume an order's status based only on your browser's back button or a closed payment page. Return to the user panel and check the order and plan status before retrieving your subscription. If the order is still processing, check the panel first to avoid creating an unnecessary duplicate order.
With a monthly subscription, keep in mind that data resets according to the activation date; unused data for the month does not carry over indefinitely. Data packages work differently. If you upgrade to a higher monthly tier partway through your term, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Plans are also covered by the 30-day refund policy. For the full refund terms, see the Terms of Service.
View plans in the panelGet your subscription from the panel
Once your order and plan appear in the panel, open the account overview and find the subscription option for your current plan. Your client uses the subscription to load available servers. It's not a regular web address, so don't try pasting it into your browser's address bar. If the panel offers a copy or one-click import option, choose the method for the platform you'll be using.
If you need to import manually, copy the full subscription details shown in the panel, then paste them into your client's “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or similar menu. Don't edit the copied text or mistake examples in this guide for a real subscription. This guide does not show real subscription links. The placeholder https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN illustrates the format only and will not connect to 55555VPN.
Treat your subscription details like account credentials: use them only in your own client, and don't post them publicly or include them in screenshots or shared documents. To switch devices, sign in to your panel on the new device and import the details currently shown there. 55555VPN supports unlimited devices, but you'll need to set up the client on each one. If you can't find an active subscription in the overview, check your plan and order status in the panel instead of searching online for an untrusted replacement link.
Open the account overviewImport the client on each platform
First, check the client downloads section in the user panel for the client and import instructions for your operating system. You must be signed in to access the client downloads; don't assume a file in search results comes from this site. After installing or opening the client, look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or an add option. Import using the method provided in the panel, then wait for the server list to refresh. The steps below explain where to look on each system; exact button labels may vary by client version.
Windows
In the panel's downloads section, choose the 55555VPN client for Windows, follow the instructions to install it, and open the app. The subscription manager is usually in the main window or sidebar; select the option to add a subscription. If the panel offers one-click import for your client, you can start there instead. For a manual import, paste the details you copied from the overview, save, and refresh the list using the client's update option. Before connecting, make sure the list isn't empty and that you've selected the configuration you just imported.
macOS
Check the panel's downloads section for the macOS client. In the app, the subscription option may be in the main window, menu bar, or settings. Look for an option to add a configuration or import from a subscription, then refresh the server list. If macOS asks you to grant network extension permissions, read the system prompt and approve it if needed for the action you're taking. Return to the client and check that the configuration has loaded. System permissions and subscription import are separate steps: granting permission does not automatically add a subscription.
Android
Open the Android client instructions in the panel's downloads section, install the app, and launch it. Go to configuration or subscription management, select the option to add one, and use the import method provided in the panel. If you paste the details manually, save them and refresh the server list. When you connect for the first time, Android may ask for permission to set up a network connection. Check which app is requesting access, then follow the prompt. Return to the client and make sure available regions and servers appear. You can verify the connection once permission is granted and the subscription list is up to date.
iOS
Sign in to the panel and check the iOS download instructions for how to get and import the current client. The iOS client may be available through the App Store; follow the instructions in the panel rather than choosing an app based on its name. In the client, add the details from the panel through the subscription or configuration menu, then refresh the server list. If iOS displays a system configuration permission prompt when you connect for the first time, read it and approve if needed. Once permission is granted, check the connection status in the client; a dismissed system prompt alone doesn't confirm that the server is working.
If you're using Linux, check the relevant section in the panel's downloads area. This guide focuses on first-time imports on commonly used desktop and mobile systems. For detailed instructions on managing configurations, refreshing subscriptions, and platform differences, read the full manual. Whatever your operating system, make sure the client shows servers loaded from the refreshed subscription before moving on—not just an empty screen with no configuration.
Connect and check that it works
Once the server list appears, choose a region based on what you need to access, then review the available connection types. IEPL dedicated lines, relayed connections, and direct connections use different network paths; the label alone doesn't guarantee a particular speed. Start by connecting to a server in your chosen region, then adjust based on how it performs. To compare connection types or check available regions, see the server list. You don't need to test every option during initial setup.
Select the connect control in the client and wait until its status clearly shows that you're connected. Then open the service you want to use and check that it loads. Verify two things separately: whether the client reports a successful connection and whether the target service works. Checking only one can be misleading; for example, a refreshed server list confirms that the subscription was imported, not that a connection was established. If your browser still shows an old page, reload it and check the result against the server currently selected in the client.
If the connection doesn't come through, first check that a server is selected in the client and that the subscription is up to date. Then try another available server in the same region. If the client shows a connection but the target service isn't working as expected, try a server in a region better suited to that service and make sure the client is using the configuration you just imported. Change one thing at a time so you can tell whether the issue is with the import, server selection, or the target service itself.
You now know how your account, plan, subscription, and client fit together. If you switch operating systems or add a device later, start again from the panel's downloads section and subscription page; you don't need to create another account. For a deeper look at troubleshooting connection issues, managing routine updates, or choosing a server, read the full manual. For account or order questions, sign in to the panel to check your status and get in touch through the support ticket page.
